After more than 500 conversations, we learned that many educators were already using Remind to communicate quickly and effectively. Instead of spending time on unread emails and forgotten flyers, they were focused on making communication meaningful. From attendance interventions to dinner-table brainteasers to multilingual tutoring sessions, we were inspired by the creative ways educators across the country were using Remind.
These conversations showed us that meaningful communication was possible, but it wasn't easy—especially when it came to supporting everyone. Schools struggled to involve hard-to-reach families, teachers needed more flexibility, and educators spent hours documenting communication—yet administrators still had limited insight into who was communicating with whom.
We've spent the past seven months building a product to address these obstacles and are thrilled to officially announce the launch of Remind Hub for schools and districts.

140-character text messages don't always cut it. Give teachers more flexibility with longer messages and voice calls. Remind voice calls can reach any cellphone or landline without showing personal phone numbers, allowing teachers to call parents from their personal phones and control their availability with Office Hours.
