Service-Specific Terms for Smart Sites

Effective as of February 12, 2025.

These Service-Specific Terms for Smart Sites are incorporated by reference into the ParentSquare School Agreement (the “School Agreement”) located at https://www.parentsquare.com/agreement/. Other Service-Specific Terms incorporated by reference into the School Agreement may also govern District’s use of the Subscription Services. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the School Agreement.

1. Definitions

In addition to the terms defined in the body of the School Agreement and in the Order Form, the following terms have the following meanings:

“Smart Sites” means the website design tool offered by ParentSquare on a subscription basis.

“Website” means the website developed by District using Smart Sites.

2. Services

2.1 Website Design. Smart Sites gives District the ability to design a Website using a set of pre-designed elements.

2.2 Post-Publish Support. ParentSquare’s obligations with respect to ongoing support of any Website shall be mutually agreed by the parties.

3. Ownership

As between the parties, (a) District retains all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to District Data, including District’s name, logo and brand features, and (b) ParentSquare retains all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to Smart Sites and the Website, excluding any District Data included therein.

4. Domain Names

District is responsible to maintain ownership of its domain name(s), including any renewals. Upon District’s request, ParentSquare will assist in the registration request.
